The Data Controller declares that all processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

II. Legal basis for Processing:

The legal basis for Processing is set out in Article 6(1) GDPR:

(a) Consent – newsletter and marketing communications,
(b) Contract – order fulfilment,
(c) Legal obligation – invoicing and accounting.

III. Purpose of Processing:

The purpose of the Processing is to enable the Data Controller to fulfil contractual obligations and provide services.

Specific purposes include:

Serving the Customer,
Sending order confirmations,
Notifying delivery dates,
Issuing invoices and delivery notes,
Processing payments,
Account login for faster future orders,
Newsletter and Marketing Communication (with explicit consent): sending product news, promotions, and special offers related to Fulmer Honey. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

IV. Scope of the data processed:

Customer’s personal data: name, address, telephone number, email, billing details, tax number (for VAT invoices).
Purchase data: transaction number, date/time, product details, purchase price, payment method.
User data: registration date, login history, IP address, password (bcrypt hashed).
Newsletter data: email address, name (if provided), consent status, subscription preferences.

V. Duration of Processing:

Purchase data: 8 years (per Accounting Act).
Account data: until the Customer deletes the account.
Newsletter data: until the Customer withdraws consent (unsubscribe).

VI. Transfer of data to third parties:

Delivery: FedEx (name, address, contact details).
Payment: Stripe & PayPal (payer ID, amount, date, time).
Invoicing: Billingo Technologies Zrt. (billing details, products, price).
Marketing/IT: Fulmer Honey Kft. & Montwerk Media Kft. (support services).
Newsletter platform: Beehiiv (email + consent data for newsletter delivery).

VII. Data security:

The webshop uses custom-built protection, firewall, encryption, and continuous monitoring. Attempted intrusions trigger immediate alerts and action.

VIII. Consent of the data subject:

By checking the optional box “I would like to receive news and offers from Fulmer Honey by email”, the Customer gives explicit consent to receive marketing communication.

Consent is separate from acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
It may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting hello@fulmer.de.

IX. Complaints, requests for information, withdrawal of consent:

Customers may request deletion, correction, restriction, or access to their data at any time by emailing info@smartcolors.hu.
